One of my greatest joys in life is helping others reach their financial dreams. They say when you are doing what you love, then it's not work. For me it's never felt like work, more like a labor of love. Real Estate, whether its your own home or investment properties, is the best way to achieve wealth, even generational wealth. The idea of leveraging financing to buy real estate always fascinated me (call me crazy). That's why I became a Mortgage Broker. As a Mortgage Broker I have access to over 50 lenders and hundreds of different lending programs. I am not tied to any one particular bank, and I don't work bankers hours. I am here for you, when you need me ... even evenings and weekends!
 
Structuring is king! We have a lot of industry terms in this business and structuring is one you may not typically hear. The idea is to match your unique financial picture and desires to the lender program that can deliver that best. That's why I am dedicated to staying in touch with lender programs, relevant guidelines, specialties ... anything that can make a difference for my borrowers scenario. QUESTIONS? Of course, anytime! Whether you are planning ahead, looking to purchase in the near future, want to refinance ... whatever your situation I am always just a call, text or email away. I will respond to whatever works best for you ... but phone calls are always nice. Plus, I work Realtor hours ... 24x7, however I do appreciate reasonable quiet hours!
